What are the shipping costs?
The free delivery amount is 400 euros excluding VAT.
How can I report a shortage or damage to a product?
Log in to your account, navigate to "My account'', and select "My return orders''. Then click on "Create new return order''.
What is a template?
A template is a list in which you can add and save items. You can use this list when you want to place the same order periodically.
Please note that items that are out of stock cannot be delivered.
How do I create a template?
Scroll to the top right corner and click on the icon with a person and an arrow. Then, click on "My templates''.
You will now be on a screen with a green button labeled "Add template''. Click on the button and add the desired items.
How do I add items to my template?
There are three ways to do this:
1. Go to a specific product page. Click on the "Add to template" button and add it to the desired template by clicking on the green heart icon.
The "Add product" button can be found to the right of the orange "Add to template" button.
2. Go to your shopping cart. Click on "Add to template" on the right side of the screen to add all products in the cart directly to a template.
3. Navigate to your desired template. Once on the respective page, you will find a search bar at the bottom where you can search by SKU or product title.
Finally, click on ''Add to template''.
How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Click on the desired product. You will now be on the product page for that product. Click on the orange "Add to cart" button.
To add products from your template to the shopping cart, first go to the desired template. Then, click on the orange "Add to cart" button.
What is the difference between the shopping cart and a template?
To place an order, you need to add a product to your shopping cart. You don't need to create or use a template for this. However, a template can be useful if you want to place a specific order again later. In that case, you can reload the template and add the products from it to your shopping cart again.
Can I request returns online?
Through your own environment in the online ordering system, you can also submit return requests.
To do this, once you are logged in to the website, go to 'My account'. Then you click on 'My return orders'. In this screen, you will find a button labeled 'Create new return order'. When you click on this, a return can be submitted. We often see that a return order is created for each item. This is not necessary; you can register multiple items at once.
*Unfortunately, all swimming pools and inflatables are not returnable.
How do I return a product?
Move your mouse to the figure in the top right corner and click on 'My Account'. Then go to 'My Order Line History' and locate your order. Click on 'Return' for the items you wish to send back and then click on 'Confirm Return' at the bottom. You will now arrive at a page where you can specify the reason for your return and submit the request definitively.
